Bite-sized Nutella Brownies
You will need some flour, an egg and of course, Nutella. Make these in your mini-muffin pan for the perfect bite-sized treat. The original recipe also calls for hazelnuts but my kids aren't fond of them so I left them out.
I did use the stand mixer to blend the batter but a whisk and a bit of labor will do the trick just as nicely.
Be careful not to over-bake these or they will run on the dry side. Lastly, a swirl of chocolate fudge frosting on these little guys would be a lovely addition.
Let's get started !
RECIPE:
*adapted source recipe: Desserts 4 Today: Flavorful Desserts with Just Four Ingredients, Abby Dodge
WHAT YOU NEED
1/2 cup Nutella
5 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 egg
MAKE IT
PREHEAT oven to 350F
LINE 12 mini muffin cups with paper or foil liners
IN A MEDIUM BOWL, blend together all ingredients until smooth
FILL cups 3/4 full with batter
BAKE 9-10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center still comes out a bit "gooey"
REMOVE brownies immediately from pan and let cool on rack
ENJOY !

Super Easy Nutella Cookies
These are a must-share, must-bake and MUST-EAT cookie!I am still in shock that these amazing sweets contain only two ingredients. That's right - TWO ingredients. Plus they are gluten-free which is an extra bonus if you have an intolerance or allergy.
I found this recipe on a fellow food blogger's site: Showfood Chef. They were so easy and looked so great that I had to try them asap. So glad I did. They are a perfect blend of crispy and chewy. They come together in a snap and bake up in under 10 minutes. My daughter is in heaven. She is a Nutella junkie and these are perfect.
So without further ado, let's get baking!
*source recipe: Easiest Nutella Cookie Ever, Showfood Chef
WHAT YOU NEED
1 cup Nutella
1 egg
MAKE IT
PREHEAT oven to 350F
LINE 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper
WHISK together Nutella and egg until fully combined
WITH A COOKIE SCOOP or teaspoon, drop small dollops of batter onto prepared cookie sheets leaving 2 inches space between each one
BAKE 8-10 minutes. I baked mine for 10 min because I liked a crispier cookie.
LET COOL on rack 5 minutes then transfer cookies to cooling rack.
